Welcome to the Estates of Colorado. The views from this 6.4 acre parcel include much of the Collegiate Peak. There are several possible build sits, with one of my favorite being up on the high and back side of the lot. This location really captures the views and the essence of living in Colorado. There is no power anywhere close to the lot, so you would have to consider, wind, solar or a generator to help power your home. Black Mountain and Agate Mountain are close enough to hike. In addition, there is plenty of National Forest just a couple miles away. Antero Reservoir, Spinney Mountain Reservoir and Eleven Mile Reservoir are all a short drive away.
