There may be internet & cable service in the neighborhood because I did not see a lot of dishes and I did see some cable boxes. Minimal cell services but I was able to make cell phone calls. The neighborhood roads are well maintained (not a lot of potholes) and not too steep, so it appears possible to negotiate without a four-wheel-drive or a high clearance vehicle. Our understanding is that the roads are county maintained but the buyer should verify. The lot is relatively flat and clear while being surrounded by hills, valleys, and trees. This could make lot mitigation less expensive. About a 1-hour drive to Breckenridge Ski Resort. Under 30 minutes to Tarryall Reservoir which is next to hiking and backpacking in Lost Creek Wilderness.
