Indian Mountain Filing 26, Unit 1, Lot 166, B0280 P0133 AD98 This Lot has BLM Land as one, long boundary and State land is right behind that. It has a ridge and a draw going through it. The ridge provides beautiful views of Park County and Observatory Rock. The draw presents a good possibility of water for a well. In the Lot layout you see #'s 1, 2, & 3. #1, we believe, is a good
place to put down a pad for a Travel Trailer. It would allow a pull thru site so the Trailer would not have to be backed up. Come up Breton Circle in one direction and pull into the pad, drop the Trailer. Then, when you are ready to go, reconnect to the trailer and pull out, going in the same direction, around Breton Circle and coming out on Albino Rd. #2 is at the top of the ridge which would be a lovely place to have a patio to enjoy the view of about 1/4 of South Park and the mountains that surround it. #3 is a good location for a tiny house or cabin. The ridge provides protection from the winds that come from the West. The house would be facing North, providing even light for a studio or craft shop. The ground is not level for the house but a concrete foundation would provide a safe and secure storage area (basement) for when you are not at the cabin or lot.
