Southeast on Elkhorn 3.5 miles to fire station; veer right (south) and you're still on Elkhorn; go another 8.1 miles, turn right on PCR 17; then go 2.5 miles to the access easement for PCR 71A on your right. The green gate goes into the neighbor's lot but there is an Access Easement along the fence line, going east. On the north side of that fence is BLM property. Close the gate behind you or just walk along the fence to and through the next gate onto the 17A parcel. From the north parcel entrance go south another 1/2 south mile to PCR 17B and turn right; The parcel in PCR 17B begins at the end of the neighbor's fence on the right, about 2.5/10 of a mile.
